Mr. & Mrs. F.L. Schlagle will be closed on Wednesday, November 27th. All other Library branches will close on Wednesday, November 27th, at 5 p.m. for the Thanksgiving Holiday and will reopen on Saturday, November 30th.

Join us for a community read aloud and discussion of the book My Sweet Girl by Amanda Jayatissa.  My Sweet Girl is a thrilling fiction read that reminds us you can never flee from the past - it's always lurking there in the shadows.  From Sri Lankan author Amanda Jayatissa, winner of the International Thriller Writer's Best First Novel Award.    The KCKPL Read Aloud aims to bring people together in our community to share the same reading experience. 

Join us for our KCKPL Read Aloud each Monday from 6:30pm-8pm pm starting Monday, October 28th through Monday, December 16th.  Join our Zoom meeting each week and listen as we read aloud . This read aloud is happening with permission from Berkley / Penguin Random House.

The author will join us on December 16th for a question and answer session.

Registered participants will be emailed a Zoom link.
