Room Reservation Information
KCKPL remains committed to serving the Wyandotte County community and KCKPL staff are happy to take your reservations by phone or in person. Below is a listing of the phone numbers and extensions for KCKPL branches that have meeting spaces available. Information about these meeting rooms also is available on this page. Please review KCKPL's Meeting Room Policies to ensure your request meets requirements.
The following Libraries have public space available for meetings and events.

Available Rooms
1st Floor Meeting Room - Main Library
This is a glass enclosed meeting room that includes a conference room and nine (9) chairs. Wifi is available. Please note that no food is allowed in this room. This room can be scheduled three (3) months in advance with a limits of three (3) bookings per person or group at a time.
2nd Floor Auditorium - Main Library
This is an open auditorium space that has capacity of up to 55 people depending on the room setup. This room can be scheduled three (3) months in advance with a limits of three (3) bookings per person or group at a time.
Conference Room A/B - South Branch Library
This is an open auditorium space with an adjoining kitchen and moveable panels between Conference Room A and Conference Room B to allow for larger groups. The room can be set up to meet a variety of needs and can be used for craft or conference events. This room can be scheduled three (3) months in advance with a limits of three (3) bookings per person or group at a time.
Conference Room A - South Branch Library
This is an open auditorium space with an adjoining kitchen. The room can be set up to meet a variety of needs and can be used for craft or conference events. This room can be scheduled three (3) months in advance with a limits of three (3) bookings per person or group at a time.
Conference Room B - South Branch Library
This is a smaller conference room. It can be set up for conference or craft events. This room can be scheduled three (3) months in advance with a limits of three (3) bookings per person or group at a time.
Auditorium - West Wyandotte Library
This is an open auditorium space with an adjoining kitchen. This room can be scheduled three (3) months in advance with a limits of three (3) bookings per person or group at a time.
Conference Room A - West Wyandotte Library
This is a meeting room with a large table. This room can be scheduled three (3) months in advance with a limits of three (3) bookings per person or group at a time.
Conference Room B - West Wyandotte Library
This is a meeting room with a large table and access to the kitchen area. This room can be scheduled three (3) months in advance with a limits of three (3) bookings per person or group at a time.
Conference Room C - West Wyandotte Library
This is a glassed meeting room on the Library's second floor. This room can be scheduled three (3) months in advance with a limits of three (3) bookings per person or group at a time.
