Event Details
Tai Chi provides a slow, gentle exercise routine suitable for all ages and skill levels. It is especially useful for older adults as it focuses on building flexibility, muscle strength, and balance. Tai Chi has been shown to improve balance, sleep, and cognition. Join Sensei Tom Wolford and experience the energizing practice of Tai Chi. There will be a short talk of physical and mental benefits. And the history of Tai chi. This will be a beginners course.
Registration is required. Children are welcome, BUT have to be accompanied by an adult.
