Event Details

This program will address how to use naloxone, how addiction affects the brain and how to have an impact in destigmatizing the substance use community. Also covered will be how to create a supportive community to counteract relapses.

Erika Holliday:  In my current role as Substance Use Coordinator with the Wyandotte County Health Department, I work to strengthen local health programs through Peer Support initiatives and educational efforts. My career is dedicated to implementing evidence-based strategies that promote health and well-being in communities across the Midwest and beyond, particularly those with the greatest needs. I strive to create impactful partnerships and foster environments where community growth and resilience are paramount.
