Program Description

Event Details

Join us for the astronomical event of the century! On August 21, 2017, all of North America will be treated to a total eclipse of the sun. This phenomenon will not happen again until April 8, 2024, so don't miss it! Join us for this fun, interactive event to learn about eclipses and watch the eclipse. Before the eclipse begins, read our informational panels about solar eclipses. Then beginning at 1:02, and behind the safety of special eclipse glasses, we will watch the moon pass between the Earth and the Sun. The first 200 patrons will receive eclipse glasses.
