Kansas City Kansas Community College and Kansas City Kansas Public Library partner to bring additional GED classes to the KCK community. Free GED preparation classes will be held 9a.m.-12p.m. every  Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Children ages 18 and under are invited to join us for a free after-school snack Monday through Friday in the Craft Room at the West Wyandotte Library courtesy of USD 500 Nutritional Services.

Kids and teens are invited to join us for a free delicious, nutritious after school snack every week day from 4:00-4:45 pm on days that school is in session.  Held in the Youth Services craft room.

For the month of October, Wednesday Night Crafts will be making spooky crafts!  We will be making Pumpkin boxes to store your tricks and treats in. 

The South Library and Catholic Charities are working together to provide a FREE Citizenship Preparation Program at the South Library.

Join us for our 2nd annual trunk-or-treat! Kids and teens are invited to wear their best costumes and go trick-or-treating in a safe and fun environment. There will be a small craft, a Halloween themed story time, music and, of course, candy!

Ichabod Crane is sent to Sleepy Hollow to investigate the decapitations of three people, with the culprit being the legendary apparition, The Headless Horseman.
