Event Details

Teens age 12-19 are invited to take a mindfulness break with a guided meditation. Come and relax as a short meditation is played to help relieve some stress and invest in yourself. 

This week we will be following a meditation for beginners, recorded by meditation teacher Kesonga Giscombe. Please remember to be quiet and respectful while in the meditation room.
