Celebrate the start of Summer Reading with a FREE movie! Join Kansas City, Kansas Public Library at Boulevard Drive-In to kick-off our Summer Reading Program on the evening of June 1st. Gates will open at 7:00 pm, and the movie will start at 9:15 pm. The movie shown will be Minions: Rise of Gru. Pre-show entertainment will include bubbles, face-painting, summer reading sign-up, and a book giveaway with local author Chris Meggs. Each car of attendees will receive a free copy of his book Go Chiefs Go!
