Event Details

We will be watching Akira Kurosawa's 1950 film "Rashomon" starring Toshiro Mifune and Takashi Shimura.  The film will be shown in its original Japanese language with English subtitles.

The rape of a bride and the murder of her samurai husband are recalled from the perspectives of a bandit, the bride, the samurai's ghost and a woodcutter.
