Mr. & Mrs. F.L. Schlagle will be closed on Wednesday, November 27th. All other Library branches will close on Wednesday, November 27th, at 5 p.m. for the Thanksgiving Holiday and will reopen on Saturday, November 30th.

Attention all budding young artists! Are you tired of scribbling stick figures and want to take your drawing skills to the next level? Come to Cartoon Corner, the program designed to teach kids the ins and outs of creating their very own cartoons. Cartoon Corner will have you mastering shapes, lines, and colors in no time. We'll start with lovable Fall characters. So grab your sketchbook and sharpen those pencils, because at Cartoon Corner, the only limit is your imagination!

We are located at 831 S 55th St, Kansas City, Kansas, 66106. You can enter the back library entrance, be buzzed through the Turner Recreation Commission's front door, or use curbside pick up. The Turner Community Library is open Monday-Thursday, 9 AM - 6 PM, Friday 9 AM - 5 PM, & Saturday 10 AM – 2 PM.
