Program Description

Event Details

Classical Chinese Medicine achieves health by balancing energies in the body. Classical Chinese Medicine  is a comprehensive system based on thousands of years of cross-cultural knowledge of the human body and mind. Acupuncture restores homeostasis in our bodies. It is accepted around the globe as a safe, effective and holistic complement or alternative to contemporary western medicine.  Learn about ways to stay on track with your health goals and how Chinese Medicine may benefit you.

In part two of this three-part series, we will discuss how to adapt our lifestyle to be in resonance with the environment. Chinese Medicine is a dynamic system which views nature as a model for health. The seasons in our environment are related to the five elements which describe energetic functions in the body. This cycle of yin and yang transformation can be viewed through the rising and setting of the sun, through the seasonal cycles in a year, or even through the stages of one’s life. Take time to connect with nature and learn about how to manage these transitions with grace and ease.
