What Is Tai Chi?  In this presentation, you will learn about the moving meditation practice of Tai Chi Chih™️. Originated by Justin Stone in the '70s, the practice consists of 19 movements and 1 pose. The form is highly adaptable and designed to be easy to learn. Participants will learn about the form and have an introductory lesson on the movements.
