Program Description
Event Details
Join KC Farm School in learning about how fitness incorporates into the farm, and participate in a fun fitness activity for all ages and skill levels. We will be doing a Zoom yoga relaxation and breathing class. Christi Bruner, owner of Sweet Z’s Gym will be leading the exercise in KC Farm School's greenhouse.
