Are you ready to emerge from your winter hibernation? Spring is the time to stir from our winter dens and gently transition from rest to activity. Are you ready to awaken your mind and body this Spring? Join us for Yoga for Healthy Aging ~ Chair Yoga.
Part of the challenge of aging is trying to find a safe way to keep the body and mind active. Chair yoga makes yoga accessible for everyone and allows you to reap the benefits of a yoga practice.
A few benefits of yoga are:
- boost mental health
- improve posture
- expand breath
- address muscle/bone loss, increase mobility
- improve balance, and much more.
Kara is a Registered Yoga Teacher who has certifications in Yoga for Healthy Aging and Accessible Yoga. Please join her in class for a mindful reintroduction to movement and increased vitality.
