To eat it or not to eat it? That is the question…. And what we’l be discussing in this class! Come learn about wheat and gluten, and understand Celiac Disease and Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity. You’ll learn how you identify these, more about how wheat is grown, and how gluten is digested and impacts the body. In addition, if you’re embarking on a gluten free diet, you’ll learn strategies to get started or up your gluten free game.
