Event Details
Teens age 12-19 are invited to take a mindfulness break with a guided meditation. Come and relax as a short meditation is played to help relieve some stress and invest in yourself.
We will follow a prerecorded guided meditation. Please remember to be quiet and respectful while in the meditation room. Each week, look for the QR code when you leave the meditation room. There will be links to some interesting mindfulness activities you can do at your own convenience.
