Program Description

Event Details

On August 21, 2017, North America will be treated to a total eclipse of the sun. This phenomenon will not happen again until April 8, 2024, so don't miss it! Join us for this fun, interactive event to learn about eclipses and watch the eclipse. Before the eclipse begins, you will have an opportunity to make sun crafts and go on a solar system scavenger hunt. Then beginning at 1:02, and behind the safety of special eclipse glasses, we will watch the Moon pass between the Earth and the Sun. The first 100 patrons will receive eclipse glasses.
