Brian Bloch is an American Wildlife Photographer and Conservationist with a passion for teaching others about the marvels of our native world through the eye of his camera's lens. Brian’s compositions use natural light along with modern technology to capture colorful, tack sharp images of stunning wildlife that conveys a sense of adventure. What began as a young boy paddling the Current River in a canoe with his grandfather's fly fishing rod, and his loyal Black Labrador swimming beside him, turned into a decades long love for the great outdoors.

Born in 1977, smack dab in the center of the USA; Kansas City, proved not only to be the Jazz and BBQ capitol of the world, but the surrounding countryside provided a wealth of spring fed creeks, Great Horned Owl inhabited forests and Buffalo's that roamed the wheat plains where ancient Native Americans called home. The midwest also proved to be a great hub for traveling the world and exploring. From the Alaskan Coastal Brown Bears of Kodiak Island, to the Lions of Masai Mara Kenya, and the soaring Bald Eagles of Loess Bluffs, Brian captures subjects that are majestic, wild, and free. Instead of baiting animals, he uses field craft, camoflouge, and tracking skills to stalk his subjects and achieve a close but respectful distance.
