Chocolate History and Production

An in-depth look at the history of chocolate and its importance as an agricultural product and worldwide commodity.

Nicholas Crosetti is a trained cheesemonger and specialty items ( Beer, Wine, Cheese, & Coffee ) purchaser for Whole Foods. After years of living and working in California, he moved to Kansas City and can be found in the Brookside Whole Food store, playing with food.
