The second sequel to John Carpenter's 1978 slasher horror, starring Tom Atkins, Stacey Nelkin and Dan O'Herlihy. An evil toy manufacturer (O'Herlihy) plots to kill millions of American children with his deadly mass-produced Halloween masks, but a young father (Atkins) stumbles across his nefarious scheme.
