Event Details

Manga Mania is a monthly book club that meets to discuss manga. This book club will read selections of several genres, including action, slice-of-life, and fantasy. Please join us on June 15th as we discuss Volume One of Bakuman by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata!

Copies are available for checkout upon request at West Wyandotte Library, though limited. If you already have your own copy, you are welcome to use it!

We will be meeting on Zoom until further notice.

Synopsis:

Fifteen year old students Moritaka Mashiro and Akito Takagi band together to form a manga-making dream team! But do they have what it takes to survive the intense and competitive world of manga publication?
