Diversity, Equity, Inclusiveness and Accessibility (DEIA) are being abandoned by federal, state and local governments, school districts and corporations. Despite this, the country continues to become a majority-minority population. The program will explore why DEIA is vitally needed. Presented by the award-winning author, columnist, lecturer, educator and former vice president at The KC Star, Lewis W. Diuguid.
