The Junior Duck Stamp program is a nationwide art and conservation education program where youth from kindergarten through 12th grade can submit artwork and learn more about waterfowl. During the program, we will talk about different types of waterfowl, where they live, and see some examples. Then we will work on art that can be submitted for the state Junior Duck Stamp contest this year. If weather permits, we will also spend time outside birdwatching at the Wyandotte County Lake Park.
