Program Description

Event Details

Classical Chinese Medicine achieves health by balancing energies in the body. Classical Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive system based on thousands of years of cross-cultural knowledge of the human body and mind. Acupuncture restores homeostasis in our bodies. It is accepted around the globe as a safe, effective and holistic complement or alternative to contemporary western medicine.  Learn about ways to stay on track with your health goals and how Chinese Medicine may benefit you.

In part one of this three-part series, you will gain an understanding of what to expect from a holistic health visit and how the concepts of Chinese Medicine can support your self-care. Chinese Medicine is an ancient system used to support the body’s natural abilities to heal oneself. By working with the flow of energy or “life force”, these energetic systems become balanced to promote well-being physically, mentally, and spiritually. This informational session will also introduce mindfulness techniques to help improve your focus and bring some relaxation to your day.
