Yes, we are hosting a honeybee program! Bees Please is an informative program with hands-on learning experiences. During this program, you’ll learn about hive members’ roles, how instrumental they are in pollinating food, and how honey is made. As our Summer Reading Theme is All Together Now, learn how bees work together and provide irreplaceable resources for our environment.
*Due to a Hive Failure, live honeybees will not be present in this program. We are hoping to have at least one live animal, possibly an owl, to help explain how the pollination process works.
