Event Details
Join us at the Mr. & Mrs. F.L. Schlagle library on Nov. 24th from 2 - 3 pm to make crafts using bush honeysuckle branches. Bush honeysuckle is an invasive plant species that can cause problems for plants and animals in forest ecosystems. Around the Schlagle library, we often have to remove honeysuckle in order to keep our library ecosystem healthy and balanced. We will use branches from this bush to make a variety of different crafts. Some options for crafting include dream mobiles, nature wands, holiday wreaths, picture frames, and many many more! We will have plenty of craft materials to make whatever craft inspires you along with a plethora of craft ideas. Please feel free to bring along your own materials.
*Reminder that masks are required indoors for anyone ages 5+ per USD 500 guidelines*
