Storytime with Dexter

Pack up the whole family and get ready for the first session of our very special Family Storytime! We will be visited by Dexter the T-Rex from the T-Rex Café! We’ll read stories, play games, sing songs, and make a super cool craft.Free and open to the public. All ages are welcome. Children under 9 must be with an adult. Groups of 6 or more must call ahead (913) 596-5800 x1016.

West Wyandotte is a full service library offering community meeting space, a Fine Arts Gallery, computer lab and a resume writing lab.
We offer a 125 seat auditorium and two conference rooms seating 12 and 26 people. Meeting rooms are available to local governmental agencies, school districts, non-profit organizations and community based groups for educational, cultural, intellectual or charitable activities. All groups must serve Wyandotte County. Parties, reunions, recitals and other personal purposes are not allowed. To reserve a meeting room, please call (913) 596-5800 x1009.

The library is located in front of Arrowhead Middle School on N. 82nd Street between State Avenue and Parallel Parkway. It is easily accessible on the Metro Bus Line #101.
